MBK Senior Living is seeking a Medication Technician for our Gilbert, AZ community. The role involves documenting, delivering and administering medicines to residents with excellent customer service and adherence to policies and regulatory guidelines.

The position is part-time (2pm-10pm on Sundays and Mondays) with opportunities for professional development and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English
• Experience handling medications preferred but on-the-job training available
• Caregiver certification required
• High School diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily medications and treatments per policy and procedures
• Observe and document medication administration and discrepancies
• Coordinate medication services with pharmacy and physician
• Maintain confidential records on resident medication and care
• Support caregivers and participate in safety checks and drills
• Respond promptly to resident alerts and emergencies
• Display professional image and promote teamwork
