Spectrum Retirement Communities in Grantwood Village, MO is hiring a Part-Time Medication Assistant for Assisted Living. Schedule: Part-Time, varied weekdays and every other weekend; shifts 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, or 11pm-7am.

Responsibilities include maintaining and assisting residents with medication needs, transcribing and documenting in the Medication Assistance Record, helping with activities of daily living, taking vital signs, and transporting residents within the community; also responding to

Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience working with an elderly population is preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• All state educational requirements for the position must be met.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, order, and assist residents with medication needs.
• Transcribe and document in the Medication Assistance Record.
• Assist residents in daily living activities and monitor health needs.
• Transport residents within the community to activities, departments, or dining.
• Respond to emergencies and environmental hazards in a timely, safe manner.
