Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a part-time Resident Assistant in Grantwood Village, MO. You will help residents with daily living activities, assist with transportation, and respond to emergencies according to care plans.

Schedule: Part-Time, 3-11pm or 11pm-7am, varied weekdays and every other weekend. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, and Daily Pay.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• All state educational requirements for the position must be met.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience working with an elderly population is preferred.
• A calm, helpful, and respectful countenance is appreciated.

Mansioni

• Provide residents with assistance in activities of daily living (grooming, bathing, maintaining personal environment).
• Transport residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Respond to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards promptly and safely.
• Review and adhere to resident care plans and obtain vital signs.
