Job summary

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a part-time Medication Partner in Springfield, MO. The role focuses on compassionate medication administration, maintaining carts, and assisting residents with daily activities.

Weds and Thurs, 7:00am–7:00pm, with a pay rate of $17.50–$23.50 per hour. Qualifications include being 18+, state certification, a high school diploma, professional appearance, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Certified per state guidelines and active.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• Mature interpersonal skills for coworker collaboration.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, or after a fall.
• Criminal clearance.
• Health screening within 6 months prior to employment and TB test annually.
