Boulevard St Peters in Saint Peters, MO is seeking a Part-Time Medication Partner to ensure proper medication administration, maintain carts, and assist residents with daily living activities. The role requires state certification and a healthy, active individual capable of standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications include 18+, HS diploma or equivalent, English proficiency, and a positive, empathetic demeanor.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen (18) years or older.
• Active state certification for medication administration.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Mature interpersonal skills to work with coworkers.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background clearance.
• Health screening within six months prior to or seven days after employment; TB testing annually.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications properly.
• Maintain medication carts and accurate recordkeeping.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
