Job summary

Distinctive Living seeks a Medication Aide for Mira Vie at Clifton in Clifton, NJ. This part-time position requires involvement with residents, medication management, and adherence to care plans under the Health and Wellness Director.

Responsibilities include following service plans, documenting daily tasks, and communicating changes in residents’ conditions while ensuring HIPAA compliance and safe care practices. All shifts available and on-site work at Mira Vie at Clifton.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience required.
• HHA certification or CNA license required.

Responsibilities

• Follow resident service plans and pass medications per physician orders.
• Document completion of tasks daily.
• Record observed changes in condition per local rules and policies.
• Communicate resident needs to other Medication Aides for consistency.
• Participate in meal service including serving, clearing and cleaning dining areas.
• Supervise staff during shifts as needed.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing trainings.
