Qualifications

• Requires HHA certification or CNA license.
• Minimum 1 year caregiving experience.
• Able to read physician orders and match to MAR.
• Must understand medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Follow resident service plans and pass medications as ordered.
• Document daily tasks and changes in resident condition.
• Communicate with medical professionals and families.
• Assist with meal service and dining room duties.
• Supervise staff during shifts as assigned.
• Maintain certifications and attend trainings per state rules.
• Follow HIPAA, OSHA and Bloodborne Pathogen guidelines.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Caregiving experience
