Qualifications

• Demonstrates compassion, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments to residents per state regulations.
• Observe and document effects and report concerns to Wellness Director or designated staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, promoting independence and dignity.
• Maintain accurate medication administration records and ensure safe handling of medications.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with residents, families and care team.
