Job summary

Holy Cross Home Care and Hospice in Maryland is seeking a Part-Time Home Care or Hospice MSW to serve patients in Prince George's County. The role offers autonomy, flexible schedules and meaningful 1:1 patient relationships in the home setting.

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s Degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education State of Maryland Social Work License Required, Two (2) years of social work experience in health care setting, preferrable hospice experience. Ability to provide service to acutely and chronically ill patients Ability to complete written, verbal, and observational tasks indigenous to the position.
