Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited school of social work (CSWE).
• Maryland Social Work license required.
• Two years of social work experience in a healthcare setting, hospice preferred.
• Ability to deliver service to acutely and chronically ill patients.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's Degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education




• State of Maryland Social Work License Required,




• Two (2) years of social work experience in health care setting, preferrable hospice experience.




• Ability to provide service to acutely and chronically ill patients




• Ability to complete written, verbal, and observational tasks indigenous to the position.
