HG Analytics is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Representative with Medical Scheduling skills to support our clinics in McKinney, TX and the surrounding DFW area. The ideal candidate will bring excellent interpersonal communication and a professional demeanor to handle scheduling and patient inquiries.

Responsibilities include making and receiving calls, verifying demographics and insurance, scheduling advanced exams, updating records, and ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with EMR systems. Preferably Epic, ECW and Athena.
• Excellent computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and take inbound calls.
• Ensure the office has correct demographic and insurance information on file.
• Schedule patients for advanced physical exams.
• Assist patients with scheduling appointments.
• Call on campaigns to schedule.
• Meet weekly and monthly scheduling goals.
• Proactively implement and execute scheduling processes.
• Ensure patients' comfort by answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Update patient records.
• Follow all HIPAA regulations.
