The position requires an Associate degree in lab science, MLS-equivalent credentials, and strong communication in English. Weekend and on-call may be required depending on staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in laboratory science or MLS equivalent.
• CLIA-related training and compliance knowledge.
• Ability to educate and train new staff in medical lab settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory procedures and diagnostic assessments.
• Maintain equipment and spaces, and ensure quality controls.
• Support leadership with workflow improvement and training.
