Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in medical technology/medical lab science or related science with MLS/ certification program completed.
• Master's degree in Clinical Lab Science preferred.
• 4+ years of medical laboratory experience required; master's+2 years available option.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and oversee test life-cycle activities within own area: execution, validation, and reporting of results.
• Collaborate with clinicians to discuss results and provide support.
• Participate in R&D activities and stay updated on lab techniques.
• Plan verification/validation for new equipment and assays.
• Maintain/calibrate equipment, perform quality control and routine maintenance.
• Support lab inventory planning and management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols.
