Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Patient Service Specialist - Float to join our outpatient physical therapy centers in the West Suburbs of Chicago. This part-time role places you at the front desk, greeting patients, scheduling and handling insurance verifications and co-pays.

You will coordinate with clinics, manage appointments, and support the business side of operations while ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum: 1 Year of Medical Office Experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and information about their next appointment as they check out.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Regular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies and translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team.
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.
