Job summary

Lincoln Tech seeks an experienced Medical Assistant to join as a part-time Medical Assisting Instructor in Georgia. You will deliver the ACCSC-accredited curriculum and provide hands-on skills training in a fully equipped medical lab.

You will prepare students for the RMA exam and teach safety, professional conduct, and compliance while fostering an engaging classroom environment. Lincoln Tech offers 401(k) with company matching and professional growth opportunities to support your transition

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of Medical Assistant experience
Current RMA, CMA (AAMA), or CCMA (NHA) certification preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel
Teaching or coaching experience is a plus
BLS Instructor a PLUS

Responsibilities

Deliver Medical Assisting courses using Lincoln Tech's established, ACCSC-accredited curriculum
Provide hands-on skills training in our fully equipped medical laboratory
Prepare students for the Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) exam through AMT
Teach safety protocols and compliance standards
Foster student development, professionalism, and accountability
Monitor and communicate student progress effectively
Create an engaging, motivating classroom environment
Prepare students for successful healthcare careers
