Job summary

Lincoln Tech seeks experienced Medical Assistants to join our team as Instructors and help shape the next generation of healthcare professionals. As a part-time Medical Assisting Instructor, you'll have access to all the tools and resources needed to deliver our curriculum and inspire students pursuing Medical Assisting careers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Medical Assistant experience.
• Current RMA, CMA (AAMA), or CCMA (NHA) certification preferred.
• Teaching or coaching experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Medical Assisting courses using Lincoln Tech's established, ACCSC-accredited curriculum.
• Provide hands-on skills training in our fully equipped medical laboratory.
• Prepare students for the Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) exam through AMT.
• Teach safety protocols and compliance standards.
• Foster student development, professionalism, and accountability.
• Monitor and communicate student progress effectively.
• Create an engaging, motivating classroom environment.
• Prepare students for successful healthcare careers.

• Prepare students for successful healthcare careers

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Medical Assistant experience
