Job summary
Lincoln Tech seeks experienced Medical Assistants to join our team as Instructors in a part-time capacity. You will help shape the next generation of healthcare professionals by delivering our ACCSC-accredited curriculum and providing hands-on skills training in a fully equipped medical lab.
We value applicants with at least 3 years of Medical Assistant experience and a preferred RMA/CMA/CCMA certification.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Medical Assistant experience.
- Current RMA, CMA (AAMA), or CCMA (NHA) certification preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel.
- Teaching or coaching experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Medical Assisting courses using Lincoln Tech's established, ACCSC-accredited curriculum.
- Provide hands-on skills training in our fully equipped medical laboratory.
- Prepare students for the Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) exam through AMT.
- Teach safety protocols and compliance standards.
- Foster student development, professionalism, and accountability.
- Monitor and communicate student progress effectively.
- Create an engaging, motivating classroom environment.
- Prepare students for successful healthcare careers.
