Job summary

Lincoln Tech is seeking experienced Medical Assistants to serve as part-time Instructors and shape the future of healthcare professionals. You will deliver courses using our accredited curriculum, provide hands-on training in our labs, and help prepare students for the RMA exam.

A successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of Medical Assistant experience and relevant certifications. The role includes teaching essential skills while motivating and engaging students.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Medical Assistant experience required.
• Current RMA, CMA (AAMA), or CCMA (NHA) certification preferred.
• Teaching or coaching experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Medical Assisting courses using established curriculum.
• Provide hands-on skills training in the medical laboratory.
• Prepare students for the Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) exam.
• Teach safety protocols and compliance standards.
