Job summary

SynergenX | Low T Center | HerKare is seeking a friendly Medical Assistant in Katy, Texas for a part-time, onsite role. You’ll support providers, assist with clinical tasks, and help keep the day running smoothly while welcoming patients.

Two weeks of paid hands-on training are provided; no MA certification is required to start, with certification support offered. The position involves light travel between clinics and a collaborative team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three months of relevant medical experience or 180 documented externship hours.
• Medical Assistant Certification preferred but not required.
• Phlebotomy Certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and document vital signs.
• Perform venipuncture and injections.
• Complete laboratory testing and documentation.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and quality controls.
• Complete inventory counts and assist with supplies.
• Support front desk operations as needed.
• Follow HIPAA, safety standards, and clinic policies.
• Travel between assigned clinics to provide coverage.
