Responsibilities

• Room patients efficiently, verify identities, and record vital signs, medications, allergies and chief complaints.
• Collect, process, and prepare lab specimens for transport with strict ID and storage protocols.
• Promptly report critical lab values and adverse reactions to the physician and care team.
• Manage appointment scheduling, handle phone inquiries, and maintain medical records.
