Endeavor Health in Des Plaines, IL is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our part-time team (20 hours/week). Hours include Mon and Fri 7AM-5PM, Tue-Thu 7AM-6PM, rotating Saturdays 7AM-1PM. High school diploma required; AHMA/AMT preferred; CPR certification required; 1 year of medical office experience preferred. On-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduates of accredited medical assisting programs preferred but not required.
• CPR certification through American Heart Association required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and escort to exam room.
• Document vital signs, allergies, medications, and reason for visit.
• Provide front office support as needed.
• Perform basic vitals (BP, height, weight).
• Phlebotomy and injections may be required.
