Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification.
• Front office experience, including insurance and VOB knowledge.
• Clinical experience in EKG and phlebotomy.
• Prior experience and training in exercise (a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system.
• Schedule and conduct follow-up calls to discuss patient progress.
• Refer non-routine or complex requests to the appropriate staff.
• Greet patients and uphold exceptional patient service.
• Monitor daily inventory of clinical and office supplies.
• Scan and upload documents to patient files.
• Train staff on daily procedures when requested.
• Support clinic marketing to promote profitability.
