Qualifications

• Front office experience including handling calls and scheduling, patient greetings, and insurance verifications.
• Knowledge of insurance and verification of benefits (VOB) processes.
• Clinical skills including taking vitals, EKG, and phlebotomy.
• Experience with EMR systems and documenting patient progress.

Responsibilities

• Balance clinical care with front office tasks throughout the day.
• Record vitals, administer injections, and support providers with referrals.
• Greet and orient patients to create a welcoming visit.
• Coordinate with billing and front desk for patient flow and referrals.
• Assist with clinic marketing efforts to support growth.
