Job summary

SynergenX Health is seeking energetic Medical Assistants for a fast-paced, part-time role at our Indianapolis clinics. You’ll work directly with patients and providers, help keep the clinic running smoothly, and contribute to a welcoming patient experience.

No extensive certification required—two weeks of paid training provided. If you enjoy helping people and thrive in a busy team, this position is for you.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 3 months of relevant medical experience with phlebotomy, injections, and vitals OR 180 externship hours.
• Medical Assistant certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with venipuncture and injections is highly preferred.
• Background check and ability to work the clinic hours are required.
• Part-time schedule up to 20 hours per week is required.

Responsibilities

• Take manual vitals and perform routine blood draws.
• Administer IM and subcutaneous injections as directed.
• Prepare and process laboratory specimens and maintain quality controls.
• Assist with weekly inventory and front desk coverage as needed.
• Create a friendly, positive experience for every patient.
