Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant training program or LPN license.
• Medical Assistant certificate of completion from an accredited program or LPN license.
• Experience as Medical Assistant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between patient and provider and relay directives.
• Prepare patient for visit (rooming, vitals, paperwork, EMR data entry).
• Assist with prescriptions and patient forms (work release, FMLA).
• Maintain exam rooms and restock equipment; ensure HIPAA compliance.
