• Field after-hours Trauma Care calls on the Gary line, deciding who waits and who comes in now
• Shepherd complex Gary discharges through insurance authorization before the bed is needed
• Carry CloudWave Technologies's trust-based Gary caseload while precepting the mid-level new grads behind you
• Wound care from assessment to dressing change, tracking healing across the full admission
• Bridge the language gap with interpreter services so consent is truly informed in Gary
