Job summary

Charles River Medical Associates in Marlborough, MA is seeking a part-time Medical Assistant to join a busy Internal Medicine practice (4 MDs, 2 PAs). You will support patient flow, take vitals, update medical records, and assist clinicians with routine tests in a fast-paced environment. The schedule is 20 hours per week: Monday 8am–4:30pm and Friday 8am–12pm.

Open to gap year students. We value proactive, organized team players who communicate clearly and stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Primary duties include patient flow, vitals, updating patient history and EMR.
• Assist in routine tests and procedures and coordinate with physicians.

Responsibilities

• Move patients from waiting area to exam room and document vitals.
• Update electronic medical records and update patient history.
• Escort patients to front desk if needed and prep exam rooms.
