Job summary

Charles River Medical Associates is seeking a Full-time Medical Assistant in Hudson, MA. Base pay is $22.00–$28.00 per hour. Primary duties include patient flow, vitals, EMR updates, and assisting with procedures in a busy internal medicine practice.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with flexibility. EPIC experience and phlebotomy skills are a plus. Health benefits and paid time off are described in the summary of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Medical office experience preferred.
• EPIC EMR experience is a plus.
• Experience with phlebotomy and vitals collection is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Move patients from waiting room to exam room and take vitals.
• Update patient history and the EMR with visit details.
• Perform protocol-based tests such as depression screening.
• Escort patients to front desk and assist with check-out when needed.
• Prepare exam rooms and assist physicians during procedures.
