LionStone Care in Galloway, NJ is seeking a part-time Medication Aide for the Spring Home facility. The role runs 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM and requires a Medication Technician certification, CPR/First Aid preferred. Duties include administering medications, documenting in the EHR, and assisting residents with daily activities.

Strong attention to detail, good communication, and teamwork are essential. Prior long-term care experience is a plus, with a focus on safety and resident comfort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medication Technician certification. CPR and First Aid preferred.
• Healthcare/long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications following physician orders and facility policies.
• Follow the five rights of medication administration and document in the EHR system.
• Support residents with ADLs and daily living activities as needed.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and safety protocols; participate in audits and medication reconciliation.
