Job summary

Spring Arbor of Wilmington is seeking part-time Med Techs to join our compassionate care team. Shifts include 2:45 PM–11:00 PM or 10:45 PM–7:00 AM, with hourly pay from $17.69 to $21.92.

You will assist residents with medications, daily living activities, and provide a safe, friendly environment under the supervision of the Resident Care Director. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience with seniors or CNA/NA certification per state requirements, current Medication Training, and a

• Minimum 1 year experience with senior adults preferred.
• Must possess current Medication Training certification.
• CNA/NA license per state requirements; in good standing.
• CPR and first aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care including assistance with self-administration of medication.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Maintain daily communications with Resident Services associates.
• Lead or participate in resident activities as needed.
• Meet customer service standards prioritizing resident satisfaction.
