Job summary

Caretta Senior Living, a new assisted living community in Bellevue, WI, seeks a part-time Med Tech to join our team. Shifts are AM 6:00am–2:00pm, Evening 2:00pm–10:00pm, and Night 10:00pm–6:00am; 16–24 hours weekly with potential pick-ups.

Pay ranges from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour, with shift differentials and benefits including 401(k) match, paid vacation and sick time, floating holidays, free meals per shift, and DailyPay.

Qualifications

• Certification preferred (WI CBRF).
• Six months experience in long term care or assisted living preferred.
• Registered as CNA/HHA/CNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs per individualized service plan.
• Help residents reach and maintain independence.
• Provide physical and emotional support.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the RN per service agreement.
• Observe residents and report changes to the case manager.
• Interact with residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection.
• Complete daily documentation and schedules.

Education

WI CBRF Certification (Preferred)

Registered as CNA/HHA/CNA (Preferred)

• Schedule – AM Shift 6am - 2pm, Evening Shift 2pm-10pm, Night Shift 10pm - 6am

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Assistresidents with ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living) asindicatedon the individualized service agreement
• Help each resident to reach andmaintainthe highest level of performance and independence.
• Provide residents with both physical and emotional support.
• Assistwith treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per the resident service agreement
• The Caregiver observes clients and reports changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, loss of appetite, weight, etc. to the case manager.
• Interactwith residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection as appropriate.
• Complete all required documentation daily, service schedule, flow sheet, communication book, etc.

CaregiverQualifications:

• WI CBRF Certification (Preferred)
• Six months of experience in long term care or assisted living residence (Preferred)
• Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aid or Certified Nursing Assistant (Preferred)
• Ability to make responsible choices and decisions and act in the resident’s best interests.

Hours:

• AM Shift: 6:00am-2:00pm PART TIME (16-24 hours/week) with pick up opportunities
• Evening Shift: 2:00pm-10:00pm PART TIME (16-24 hours/week) with pick up opportunities
• Overnight Shift: 10:00pm-6:00am PART TIME (16-24 hours/week) with pick up opportunities
