Job summary

Caretta Senior Living in Bellevue, WI is seeking a part-time Med Tech to join our caring team. Positions include AM, Evening, and Overnight shifts with 16-24 hours per week and opportunities for pick-up shifts. Competitive hourly pay, shift differentials, and benefits are offered.

The role supports residents with daily living activities, health monitoring, and assistance under RN delegation, fostering independence and comfort in a newly established community.

Qualifications

• WI CBRF Certification (Preferred).
• Six months of experience in long term care or assisted living (Preferred).
• Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aid or Certified Nursing Assistant (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living) as indicated on the individualized service agreement.
• Help each resident to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence.
• Provide residents with both physical and emotional support.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per the resident service agreement.
• The Caregiver observes clients and reports changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, loss of appetite, weight, etc. to the case manager.
• Interact with residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection as appropriate.
• Complete all required documentation daily, service schedule, flow sheet, communication book, etc.

Education
