Good Shepherd Services, Ltd is hiring a dedicated Personal Care Worker (Caregiver) for the PM shift (2:00 PM–10:00 PM) in Seymour, WI. This full-time role supports residents with daily living activities, emphasizing independence, dignity, and quality of life.

The position includes weekend and holiday coverage with a $21.50–$23.00 hourly wage and a $4.00 shift differential. Responsibilities include personal care, mobility support, meal service, medication assistance, safety checks, and light

• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Assist with daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Support safe mobility, including use of walkers, wheelchairs, and other assistive devices.
• Help maintain personal items such as glasses and hearing aids.
• Provide light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, bed making, trash removal).
• Assist with meal service, including escorting residents, setup, and cleanup.
• Support medication self-administration and track supplies.
• Monitor residents' well-being and report any physical, emotional, or behavioral changes.
• Complete routine safety checks and document incidents or concerns.
• Assist with transportation and accompany residents as needed.
• Participate in activities and encourage resident engagement.
• Respond appropriately in emergency situations.
• Help maintain clean and safe common areas.

Personal Care Worker (CAREGIVER) - FULL TIME

Position: PM SHIFT (2:00PM-10:00PM)

• 48hrs in a 2 week pay period - Every other weekend & Holiday

Wage: I includes $4.00 shift differential

• $21.50 - $23.00 (Based on Experience)
