Vermont State University—Randolph Campus invites applications for Part-Time teaching positions in Mechanical Engineering to begin Spring 2027 (January 19 – May 14, 2027). Immediate need to teach MEC 4020 Quality Assurance: 3 hours of lecture per week, 3 teaching credits per semester.

The successful candidate will hold a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, with content expertise in HVAC and energy systems. Teaching experience at the college level is preferred.

Competenze

• Master's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Content expertise in building environmental HVAC and energy systems, including building envelopes, is required.
• Teaching experience at the college level is preferred, as is professional experience in building design, engineering, or related fields.

Mansioni

• Teach MEC 4020 Quality Assurance: 3 hours of lecture per week for Spring 2027 (Jan 19–May 14, 2027).
• Deliver course content on QA principles, statistics, inspection, metrology, variation, and ISO 9000 standards.
• Prepare lectures, assignments, and assessments and contribute to student learning outcomes.
