Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least five years of full-time HVAC-related employment.
• Credentials listed include EPA Universal Certification, OSHA, R410a Safety Training, and applicable MA licenses.
• Chapter 74 HVAC teaching license is preferred; prior teaching or training experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Teach evening HVAC courses as part of the program.
• Prepare and deliver lesson plans for HVAC topics.
• Assess student performance and provide feedback.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance in the program.
• Collaborate with program administration and staff.
