Job summary

Mathnasium of Roland Park in Towson, Maryland is seeking a Part-time Math Instructor/Tutor to deliver engaging instruction using the Mathnasium Method. You’ll work with 1st-12th grade students after school and on weekends, fostering confidence and a love of math in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

The role requires math ability through Algebra I (Geometry and higher preferred), strong communication with students and parents, and a commitment to training and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate math ability through Algebra I; higher math preferred.
• Engaging with students and creating a fun learning environment.
• Willingness to learn and participate in training within 1 month.

Responsibilities

• Use Mathnasium Method and teaching constructs.
• Maintain availability to work at Mathnasium; communicate availability.
• Teach students in a way that makes sense to them and provide constructive feedback.
• Support center administration and daily清 clean up at day end.
