The instructor will manage individual math programs, maintain attendance and progress reports, and collaborate with center staff and non-profit partners to support student success. Training sessions are required.

Qualifications

• Teaches math including GED Math, Algebra I and Geometry.
• Bachelor’s degree and educational experience required.
• Teaching credential a plus; strong verbal and written communication essential.

Responsibilities

• Teach math off-site with young adults targeting college/career readiness.
• Manage each student’s math program and progress.
• Submit attendance and progress reports for students.
• Build strong relationships with students, staff and partner agencies.
• Attend training sessions and staff meetings.
