Job summary

Sylvan Learning Center is seeking dedicated math tutors to teach Elementary through High School topics, including Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Trig, and Calc. You will use pre-planned lessons in small groups, lead instruction, and motivate students to succeed in a supportive environment.

The position offers flexible part-time hours, on-site work, and a focus on a positive teaching experience with no homework grading or parent conferences. Punctuality and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; teaching credential recommended.
• Must enjoy tutoring and inspiring students.

• Strong knowledge of algebra (Integrated 1 or higher) preferred.

Responsibilities
