Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Education, English, Literacy, Mathematics, or related field).
• Teaching, tutoring, or mentoring experience required.

Responsibilities

• Teach and support students in grades 1-8 in mathematics and/or reading.
• Deliver personalized instruction using Sylvan's proven curriculum.
• Motivate students and create a positive learning experience.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with the Center Director and educational team.
• Maintain a professional and engaging classroom environment.
