Part-Time Math & CS Adjunct — On-Campus Teaching

Job description

Position Summary

Wingate University is seeking applicants to fill several part‑time, adjunct teaching positions in the areas below. These part‑time positions will primarily teach in‑person classes on our main campus unless otherwise specified.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses in the Math and/or Computer Science discipline.
• Maintain regular, predictable attendance on campus for in‑person classes.
• Align teaching with the University mission, vision, and strategic roadmap.
• Perform other job duties or responsibilities that may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a related discipline and college teaching experience.
• Experience with a learning management system (e.g., Canvas) and content‑development tools such as Zoom, Snagit, Camtasia and other e‑learning tools is preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
