YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne is seeking part-time Masters Swim Team Coaches to work with adult swimmers (18+) at the Jorgensen Family YMCA in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

You will connect with members and parents, nurture a safe, positive environment, and lead all swim team practices, meets, and related activities throughout the season.

Qualifications

• Must have coaching experience with competitive swimming or as a swimmer.
• Excellent communication, supervisory, and organizational skills required.
