Artisan Talent is assisting a client seeking a part-time Marketing & Communications Contractor. You will activate a network of relationships, execute outreach, and extend the reach of newsletters, sponsored content, and thought leadership.

You will work with structured processes, messaging, and tools, focusing on execution rather than content creation. This role supports a fast-moving team and requires independent work in a remote, 15–20 hour per week setup.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing or communications.
• Experience with CRM, preferably HubSpot.
• Experience with email outreach and segmentation.
• Strong written communication and concise emails.
• Ability to work independently in a part-time environment.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and activate HubSpot contact database, segmented for outreach.
• Execute structured outreach campaigns across audience groups using messaging frameworks.
• Track outreach activity, responses, and relationship status in HubSpot.
• Identify responses warranting leadership follow-up and coordinate next steps.
• Manage production and distribution calendar for the biweekly newsletter.
• Support outreach for sponsored newsletter opportunities and nurture warm prospects.
• Track sponsorship conversations and follow-up on opportunities.
• Amplify newsletters via LinkedIn and other channels.
• Compile basic performance metrics (open rates, impressions, CTR).
• Research media, podcasts, events, and speaking opportunities.
