Sullivan Surgery and Spa is seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator to plan events, grow referral networks, and create engaging content across social channels, email, and the website. This role requires a creative, organized, and outgoing individual who can represent our luxury aesthetic clinic in Annapolis and Easton.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of marketing, events, or business development.
• Experience in medical aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or hospitality is a plus.
• Strong skills in social media and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable networking and representing the brand in person.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage several projects.
• Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines is preferred, or willingness to learn.

Aufgaben

• Plan and run in-office events such as open houses, raffles, product launches, and educational evenings on treatments like HRT.
• Represent the practice at community events, health fairs, and networking functions.
• Handle event logistics, promotion, vendor coordination, and attendee follow-up.
• Track results for each event, including attendance, leads, and bookings.
• Find and build partnerships with salons, gyms, boutiques, bridal shops, and wellness providers.
• Develop cross-promotions, co-hosted events, and referral programs.
• Build relationships with referring physicians and healthcare providers.
• Look into corporate wellness and group opportunities with local employers.
• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Maintain a monthly content calendar and write copy for newsletters and website.
