The Georgia Mountains YMCA in Gainesville, GA seeks a Part-Time Integrated Marketing Coordinator to support marketing across digital, social, email, print, and in-person channels. 29 hours/week, on-site at J.A. Walters Family YMCA, with occasional event flexibility.

You will work with the Vice President of Marketing & Communications to promote YMCA programs, membership, events, and community initiatives, coordinating content and campaigns via Asana.

Qualifikationen

• Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, graphic design, or a related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, digital marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms and managing organizational or business accounts preferred.
• Experience with Canva required.
• Experience creating and editing short-form video content, including Reels, is ideal.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, digital advertising, email marketing, photography, or website management is a plus.

• Create and manage Meta ads and monitor campaign performance and program registrations.

• Capture photo and video content at YMCA programs and events.
• Assist with Reels and other short-form video content.
• Update website content, Linktree, program schedules, and community calendars.
• Support marketing for childcare, membership, youth programs, events, hiring, and other YMCA initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing requests, projects, and deadlines through Asana.
• Assist with event signage, materials, forms, presentations, and promotional needs.
• Track marketing expenses, receipts, and invoices.
• Provide additional marketing support as needed.

Salary Range: $14.25 To $17.10 Annually

29 hours per week

Schedule

Monday through Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Occasional schedule flexibility may be needed for YMCA events, photography, or other marketing activities.
