Job summary

Chick-fil-A Gonzales is seeking a part-time Marketing Assistant to support both locations under the Director of Marketing. You will help execute brand strategies focused on Food, People, Community and Fun, and create special experiences for guests.

The role covers social content creation with Canva and Photoshop, event coordination for Family/Community Nights, responding to guest inquiries, and coordinating with local organizations.

Qualifications

• Experience with social content creation and scheduling (Facebook/Instagram).
• Familiarity with Canva and Photoshop for graphics tasks.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong writing and proofreading skills.
• Organized and detailed, able to juggle two locations.
• Comfortable coordinating with outside community organizations.
• Must be over 18 and able to pass a background check.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support two Chick-fil-A Gonzales locations under the Director of Marketing.
• Create, edit, and schedule social media posts and captions for both locations.
• Read and respond to guest inquiries on Facebook Messenger.
• Build and post Family/Community Night events on Facebook with accurate details.
• Assist in preparing gift baskets and donation packages for pickup by local organizations.
• Coordinate with community partners and local organizations for events.
• Attend weekly meetings with the Director team.
• Maintain brand guardrails and guidelines while executing local strategy.
