Job summary

Chick-fil-A Gonzales is seeking a part-time Marketing Assistant to support both Gonzales locations and assist the Director of Marketing in executing our four-pillar strategy: Food, People, Community, and Fun.

You’ll create and schedule social posts, manage messages, coordinate Family/Community Night events, and assist with gift baskets and community donations while upholding brand guidelines and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience with social content creation and scheduling for Facebook/Instagram.
• Strong writing and proofreading abilities.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle two locations.
• Comfortable coordinating with outside community organizations.
• Pass a background check and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Works within Chick-fil-A brand guardrails and social media guidelines.
• Understands sampling procedures and event-related processes.
• Distributes and tracks Bounce Backs.
• Creates, edits, and schedules social posts for both locations.
• Reads and responds to guest messages on Facebook Messenger.
• Builds Family/Community Night events on Facebook with complete details.
• Prepares gift baskets and donation packages for pickup.
• Leads with excellence and creates special experiences for guests and the brand.
• Meets weekly with the Director team.
• Owns Family/Community Night events for both locations: details, flyer, timing.
• Handles logistics for community events and local org requests.
• Preps and assembles gift baskets ahead of pickup.
• First point of contact for event-day questions; loops in Director on bigger items.
• Availability: Monday daytime hours; additional daytime/evening hours as needed; weekends as needed.
