Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch, manage lobby traffic and schedule/cancel meetings.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on Chase digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
