Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Mandarin required.
• Experience in client service or similar roles preferred.
• Able to learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients entering the branch, manage lobby traffic and schedule/cancel meetings.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts in compliance with policies and banking requirements.
• Educate clients on technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to meet their needs.
• Build trusted client relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product knowledge and solutions.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to bank policies.
