Square Care Medical Group, LLP in partnership with Unified Women’s Healthcare New York is seeking a Mammography Technologist for Part-Time at our Woodbury Breast Imaging location. The Mammography Technologist performs 2D and 3D digital mammography procedures to assist in the diagnosis of disease or injury, and must meet MQSA and State regulations.

The ideal candidate holds a current State Mammography License and ARRT (R)(M) certification, can work independently, and has strong problem‑solving

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of MQSA/state QC documentation.
• Ensure equipment is functioning and troubleshoot as needed.
• Strong interpersonal interaction with physicians and staff.
• Analytical skills to review images for quality and accuracy.
• Must meet MQSA continuing education requirements.
• Must hold a current State Mammography License and ARRT (R)(M) certification.

Responsibilities

• Take Mammographic Images in routine screenings.
• Perform DEXA scans.
• Post-process mammographic images.
• Complete patient information requirements.
• Coordinate with radiologist on exams.
• Adhere to MQSA and FDA Quality Control standards.
• Answer calls and questions about services.
• Assist in training other technicians.
• Maintain compliance and update records.
• Support special projects as needed.
