Wellstar Cobb Breast and X-Ray Center is seeking a Mammography Technologist for a part-time role. You will provide safe, high-quality imaging and support patients with clear information. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Minimum 1 year of mammography experience in a hospital.
• ARRT-R (Radiography) and ARRT-M (Mammography) certifications; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Perform mammography exams per physician order and protocol, confirming patient identity with two unique identifiers.
• Review images for quality and completeness, maintaining a strong first-time acceptance rate before releasing patients.
• Operate mammography equipment safely and ensure imaging quality per QC standards.
• Provide clear pre- and post-exam instructions and address patient questions.
